Space Rental

We offer flexible chair rental options for part-time and full-time independent artists. Every station comes fully equipped with professional furnishings, a stocked shampoo and styling backbar, in-salon storage, and access to on-site laundry and salon amenities.

What is Hair & Co. At The Avalon?
A luxury booth rental salon located in downtown Rochester, MN. We offer a professionally designed space within a newly renovated historic building, providing independent stylists with the tools, support, and environment needed to grow their business.

Yes! We offer part-time rentals with a minimum of 3 days per week, perfect for stylists sharing a station or transitioning into independence.
Full-time renters receive one free week per lease year, plus the opportunity to earn an additional free week through retail sales milestones.

At this time, Hair & Co. At The Avalon does not provide salon assistants or a front desk receptionist. However, our independent artists have the flexibility to build their own support teams, including assistants, if desired. We also plan to introduce an in-salon concierge service in the future to further enhance the guest and artist experience

We provide centralized retail with commission opportunities and exclusive product lines. We support curated choices that align with our salon aesthetic and guest experience standards.
Absolutely. We provide professional headshots, introductory business cards, welcome kits, and help amplify your business with branded content and salon-wide social media exposure.
